* In case you also book a bus transfer to the start, you must pay additional 10 EUR (for 60 km, 100 km and 170 km distances).

Group registrations (minimum number of runners is 5)

  • The price for each runner is 15% lower than individual registrations for 10, 15, 25 and 60 km
  • The price for each runner is 10% lower than individual registrations for 100 and 170 km

There are 4 registration periods for Julian Alps Trail Run by UTMB: pre-registration, 1st registration period, 2nd registration period and 3rd registration period. If there are still available spots left, on-site registrations will also be possible at the event.

There are 2 conditions for moving to our next registration period: the limit of registrations for a registration period or date. 

Example: Until the end of the first registration period, 125 entry fees are available for our 170 km route. If the registration spots are sold out earlier, then registration fee prices rise even before the registration deadline. However, if 125 entry fees are not sold out earlier, then this price will remain until the end of the registration period, which in this case is 28/02/2023.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS

  • Group members can run different distances.

  • Minimum number of runners is 5.

  • Price per runners is 15 % (10, 15, 25, 60 km) or 10 % (100, 170 km) lower than individual registrations.

MANDATORY GEAR

Mandatory gear is meant for your own safety! In case of bad weather conditions, the event organizer has the right to prescribe additional mandatory gear, which will be posted right before the start.

* BIB number must be placed at the front of your body, to your t-shirt or a belt

* You need to bring your own drinking cup (15 cL minimum). There will be no plastic cups at aid stations, so each runner must provide their own.

*Additional batteries for your head lamp – you must carry additional batteries or an additional head lamp.

* Hooded jacket. The jacket must have a hood and must be waterproof.

* Basic first aid kit, which must have at least one or two gauzes, one elastic bandage and a packet of plasters.

* Long trousers or leggings, which fully cover your skin.

* Additional warm middle layer, which covers your arms in full.

PHOTO AND VIDEO

All runners agree with promotional use of photo and video material from the race.

By signing up, you allow the processing of your registration data in UTMB World, JATrail and Alps Adria Trail Cup databases.
